NO Xplode Creatine

Most people that are aware of what NO Xplode Creatine is have a pretty good idea of what it is supposed to do. They understand that NO Xplode is supposed to promote the production of nitrous oxide in the body, something that will in turn assist with athletic performance at the highest levels of any particular competition. What a lot of people do not understand however is the fact that the effectiveness of NO Xplode comes from one main ingredient and that ingredient is creatine.

Creatine

Creatine is a substance that has been known to men ever since 1832 when it was discovered in the skeletal muscles of the body. The scientist that discovered it actually named it after the Greek word kreas which is supposed to mean flesh. It is an organic acid that contains heavy concentrations of nitrogen, the single most important fact to understanding why it is so important to the effectiveness of the NO Xplode compound that you might be using.

Creatine and NO Xplode

The creatine in NO Xplode is used as a method for generating what your body needs to put on extra muscle mass, something that is of course very handy for the purposes that you’d want NO Xplode for in the first place. In fact, creatine supplements have been around for quite some time with this particular substance coming to the forefront of the public’s perception after the 1992 summer Olympics during which several of the best performing athletes confirmed that creatine supplements were taken as part of their preparation in the months leading up to the playing of their events.

The same principle is true for the creatine that is contained within NO Xplode. It has the ability to increase the energy available to your muscles, allowing you to work out for a longer period of time and therefore get more results from each workout that you do. It can also add muscle mass and increase mental focus, two things that certainly won’t harm your efforts at getting into tip top shape.

Another point that you might not be aware of is the fact that the NO Xplode dosage is in part influenced by the amount of creatine that the creators of the product want you to take in. This is because there are actually scientific studies around that have shown the amounts of creatine that can definitely create the end result that you want. Even though there are other elements in NO Xplode that also determine dosage, creatine is the dominant ingredient and therefore the one that will have the biggest say in how much of this supplement you need to take each day.

There are many ways for a person to attempt to build up the levels of nitrous oxide in their body. No xplode-Creatine is just one of these methods and of course it comes with all of the positive additions that have been mentioned over the course of this article. For all these reasons, it is definitely a good thing that No Xplode makes use of creatine to achieve its end goals.

I been taking NO Xplode for a couple years now along with Syntha-6 proteins. It works wonderful and I have no usual side effects like bloating, excess water, energy shaking feelings, etc.

Should i take NO Xplode and or Creatine before cardio?
i usually take 2 scoops of NO Xplode before my lifting workout and cell mass immediately after. but after a shoulder injury i am unable to lift, so to stay in shape i just run a couple mile/ and do sprints…should i continue to take NO Xplode before and Creatine after?

No…you should not take NO Xplode before a cardio workout. Here is why…NO Xplode was engineered for the purpose of increasing muscular vascularity while you work out anaerobically. In a nutshell, this means that it opens up the blood vessels to increase blood flow to the muscles being worked while lifting weights. The more blood that stays in the muscle being worked, the more endurance that muscle will have. NO Xplode was engineered to create a maximum workout experience when hitting the weights.

That being said, by increasing your muscular vascularity, the blood tends to stay in the muscle. This is good for weight workouts but terrible for aerobic workouts. Aerobic workouts cause your heart rate to increase. Your heart rate increases because your body needs more oxygen to function at a higher stress level. Your heart beats faster to carry more oxygen to the rest of your body. If NO Xplode is in the system, the blood will want to stay in the muscles rather than improve overall circulation. When on NO Xplode, the heart speeds up but pumps less blood. The result can be hypotension or low blood pressure. This can result in blurred vision, fatigue, dizziness, confusion, and loss of consciousness (fainting).

Cellmass is a good creatine. It aids in the recovery period following workouts. Just make sure you make a habit of drinking at least the suggested amount of water while taking that supplement. Not consuming enough water can damage the organs…namely the liver and kidneys.

Remember, the supplements you listed are workout/lifting supplements. Cardiovascular workouts can be enhanced simply by eating correctly. Good complex carbohydrates are a good bet. Eat them the night before your good runs. Iron rich diets are important. They assist the red blood cells in carrying more oxygen and can help prevent anemia. Remember to eat proteins after a workout…not before. Proteins are harder for the body to process and require too much work to do so in addition to a good stiff cardio workout.

@John

There’s a reason why the tub comes with directions, perhaps you should FOLLOW them? It clearly states to start with ONE scoop, and then adjust from there.

I don’t understand why it’s always so difficult for people to read what’s on the actual product they buy. Why do so many people ask “how to take” ‘x’ product? Just read what is there.

@Cal

Again, just read what the product says. Obviously you’ll want to take NO-Xplode pre-workout and CellMass post-workout. It’s just THAT simple.

Wow, I was not aware it is not recommended to take N O XPlode before aerobics! I was using that (my husband recommended it) but I never got any results. What do you recommend to get a pump while running? Thanks
Alex
