NO Xplode Side Effects

There are many great products out there and NO Xplode is one of them. However, there are side effects to using this product. No product in the world comes without at least some NO Xplode side effects attached to it and in that sense BSN NO Xplode is no different from anything else.

Renal Problems

The main negative side effect that can come from NO Xplode would be problems with the renal glands in your body. Renal glands, also known as kidneys, are highly responsible for filtering out waste products as urine in the body. NO Xplode has the ability to heavily concentrate that pathway just as it concentrates the energy pathways and this means that your kidneys will be doing more work than normal when you are taking this product.

In the short and medium term, this is actually nothing to worry about for healthy users. That might even be true in the long term. However, for people with a history of renal disease in the family or current kidney problems, the increased strain might be something that is cause for concern. If you have these problems or have someone in the family with a history of such problems, you should certainly think twice before using this product in large doses.

Muscle Cramping

Some of the people that used NO Xplode on a regular basis started to report BSN No Xplode Side Effects like muscle cramping as one of the side effects of using this particular product. However, studies have shown that this is actually not a side effect that has to happen. The muscle cramping is actually the result of dehydration, something that can happen if you increase workout intensity without increasing fluidic intake. Whenever you use NO Xplode, you need to increase the amount of water you drink otherwise you could find that muscle cramping is indeed one of the side effects of using this muscle building supplement.

Crash Effects

One thing that you definitely need to know about NO Xplode Side Effects if you are going to start using it is that it contains caffeine. For some people, this won’t be a problem. Others however have a high sensitivity to caffeine that will allow for heavy up front stimulation but then a heavy crash later on once the effects of the caffeine have worn off. The creators of the product even warn that you need to test your caffeine tolerance before using this product at its full dosage level, so make sure you take that into consideration when using this product.

Conclusion

As you can see, NO Xplode side effects are very light in comparison to many of the other weight loss products around. When you weigh these side effects against the amazing results that you can get from this product, it still makes sense to use it as a way to enhance the quality of your strength training workouts. The only one that could give you pause is the renal side effects, but that is only true if you are one of the small minority of people with severe kidney problems.

This stuff is awesome!!! I run for 3/4 of a mile here on base and than i go do my lifting after. When i dont take NO Xplode i run a 5 1/2 min 3/4 mile, when i take it i run a 4.10. Than i go lift with this intensity that i couldn’t do without the stuff. Only take a little at a time though bcuz the first time i took it i over did it and i went home with way to much energy and nothing to do. Drinking water should be part of everyone’s day, especially if your planning on buying this stuff.

I’ve been using N.O. explode for a few months now and I’m almost done with my second bottle. I’ve been working out for quite a few years now and recently i tried this N.O Xplode as recommended by a friend. The results were awesome, especially the pump. In terms of strenght, I would say it increased a little bit since I’m always been a heavy lifter. But few weeks ago I noticed that my urine flow was not thesame as it used to. It starts out slow then gradually increases sometimes it slows down in the middle then back to the original flow rate. I got a little worried so i went to the see the doctor but they couldn’t find anything wrong with me but it sure felt something different. I got no history of kidney problems and this is the only supplement that I’m using at the moment plus the whey protein. I will stop using it for now and find out if anything changes then i will comment back here again.

The palpatations / racing heart feeling is normally a side effect for too much caffiene intake at once I suggest you have ur caffeine tolerence intake and stop using it for now . Good luck

Beeffy9724, You might want to try cutting back on the dosage a little bit. I too get that feeling once in a while, But i’m used to it from my ephedrine days.(which I don’t use anymore) I first used this product this Last May, started out with the 3 scoop dosage and quickly realized i needed to cut back because even though I was feeling really good in the gym, I’d get nauseous at times from pushing to hard and then I’d still go home after workout and cardio and couldn’t wind down enough to fall asleep at night. So I cut back to 1 scoop pre workout and i’ve been doing fine ever since. I just started my 2nd tub after taking a month off of the stuff, give the body a chance to filter it all out etc. I had an aquaintance that was admitted to the hospital because he claims his heart rate went out of whack after taking supplement….now whether or not he was stacking other “supplements” remains to be seen. But the Label does recommend taking at least 30 days off between tubs. Hope that Helps.

After 6 months into my diet/excercise program I added this to my diet. I never had an adverse affect upon taking but after about 3 weeks I felt sick to my stomach 24/7. Vomitted after lunch at work one day so I stopped taking it after consulting my doctor. Tried 1 dosage 3 months later and felt queasy again for 2 days. Might work, but not for me.

Dr. Raman Kahlon July 9, 2010 at 3:13 pm

Being a Doctor and a body builder. i advise u to stop using the supplement before you get ur kidneys checked as it has creatine, take at 7 litres of water a day so that your body can actually drain this out. and get ur KIDNEY FUNCTION TESTS asap. U might have renal colic ( stone ). Reduce whey protein intake to half before you get ur kidney test results.

Dr. Raman Kahlon July 9, 2010 at 3:14 pm

you can resume the product with increased water intake after u get normal kidney results.

Product works like majic, just as everyone has described but I wanted others to be aware of the negative side effects that I experienced while taking this product. I did not cycle, took it continuously for a year and usually took about 1-2 scoops daily before workouts. The negative side effects came at the end of my year which is why I think cycling could have prevented this.
The reason that I got off of the product is that psychologically it made me very irritable and irrational in my thoughts in the approximate 5 hour timeframe after taking it. Id get mad at trivial situations (and would take my anger out on others) which were nothing to worry about and after my 5 hour high would wear off, I would think to myself WOW what was that about, am I crazy?! I did some stupid things a number of times, yes I guess you could call it an addiction. It gave me a feeling of laziness and unproductiveness during the crash and just overall made me mad at the world.
If you take it, just take in moderation and PLEASE cycle! I felt like I was going to die a couple times when I had a heavy day. I also knew a girl who threw up the whole day and almost went to the emergency room from taking 2 scoops; women be careful!

I have used No Xplode for almost two months and I can tell the difference. Not only Do get plenty of energy and focus, but I also get a super pump during workouts. My t-shirts are fitting tighter and I can hardly wait for the next workout.

Will September 29, 2010 at 10:53 pm

dj September 30, 2010 at 12:38 pm

i just started using the product and what a difference i has made – able to lift much more and longer. the only side effect for me is that it make me sick to my stomach – feel like i’m going to toss my cookies the entire workout. anyone else have that problem?

that one guy October 7, 2010 at 6:24 pm

I used N.O for about a year, no problem, love the product. Until one day driving to work, out of no where, the effect kicked in high gear and got my mind way to focused. i couldn’t handle it. heart racing, I thought i was gonna die. i got anxiety attacks after it. but i highly recommend yes, drink lots of water and eat right. common sense….yeah its addicting but it does the job. be safe folks. love the product.

shahzeb October 12, 2010 at 8:21 am

if i dont drink loads of water with no xplode is it going to effect my kidny as my frequency of urination is high

Daniel October 14, 2010 at 4:35 pm

I’ve been using N.O. Xplode for over a year now and it definitely makes a huge difference in my workouts. I reached a natural peak prior to N.O. and once I hopped on my first cycle I saw instant results. I’m a full-time student, and work almost full time. Im at the gym 2-3 hours 6 days of week after work/school with this stuff. I cycled off and I was barely able to handle a 1.5 hour work outs. The stuff WORKS PERIOD! Definitely would stay away from taking it late because it will throw off your sleeping pattern. If your looking for that extra boost in your work-outs, N.O. Xplode will definitely help.

robie October 18, 2010 at 1:44 pm

is it ok if im taking fatburner and no explode in same time?

Josh October 21, 2010 at 9:20 pm

I was a wrestler for four years, an went all on my coach’s coaching to get a good workout, but after I graduated about a year and half ago, it got hard to motivate myself to workout. I’ve been using NO Xplode for a year now, I graduated weighing 142 lbs, and am now 150 or so. It was hard to gauge how to use it, as it requires different things for different people, as far as it goes for me, I really make sure I don’t eat two hours before I take it, so waking up and taking it, or taking it after breakfast works best for my schedule. However, I do eat a few dry granola bars about fifteen minutes after taking it. I do 1 scoop on non-training days, and two on training days. One universal rule is DRINK WATER, lots of it, 120 oz at least. I’m prepping for basic for Air Force (and possibly special forces pararescue) training, so I’m drinking a bit more to get ready for the huge amount they make you drink there.

An important thing most people don’t tell you but is found on the bottle, I think…. is to take it for about six weeks, one scoop on non-training days, two on training (scoops can vary from individual, but you get the concept). After about six weeks, break from it for four weeks. Also, make sure if it’s your first time using, do the little “test” scoop on no workout, because I still feel that instant rush of energy it gives from time to time, so if you took two first time and tried to work out, it most likely would be unpleasant.

If you have any questions, or want to talk/compare, etc. just hit me up with an email at getslanted@hotmail.com . As far as a “rating” goes? All I use and have ever used is NO Xplode, and a healthy diet. 10/10

troy October 25, 2010 at 6:02 pm

great product! for all the people just starting and not used to caffeine take it slow with the increase of the amount you use. I use 3 scoops before i lift and feel great while lifting and am able to sleep just fine at night. it has taken me about 6 months to get up to 3 scoops. this dosage may not be for most people. you should find the right amount for you and stick with it. don’t push it. this is great pre-training supplement and should be used with a good diet and water intake. i drink between a gallon and a gallon and a half a day. it seems like a lot but your body gets used to it. once your body is used to it it wont retain as much water because it will be used to getting it regularly all day. the more water the better your kidneys will work with processing the supplement. do this and you shouldn’t have anything but great results. with the matter of no xplode causing extreme intestinal problems (a.k.a. craping a lot after taking it) i haven’t had any of the sort nor has anyone i know.

Deuce October 31, 2010 at 3:33 am

Ok I tried NO Explode NT for the first time last night for my workout. As for the effects on my trainiing I did notice a diffrence 60 minutes after consumption of 1 stick and had my best workout yet. Other than feeling hot no other side effects occured last night. My question is this morning I had the worse depression I have ever felt and was almost in tears. It wore off this afternoon but thought that was really odd and wonder if there might be a connection

Tyler November 4, 2010 at 8:54 am

Ok, Im using this stuff while doing p90x. I’m not sure if the p90x is a factor but for some reason my first set I just pump out way more than normal. Then when I come back for another set my muscles are toast, kinda like I used up all my strength for one awesome set and then my muscles are done. Does this happen to anyone else and do they know why/have a solution?

Raj November 6, 2010 at 9:20 pm

I have been taking no explode for a couple of weeks. I work out in the morings so my routine is i have a small bowl of cheerios or oatmeal and about half hour to fourty five minutes later i have the no explode and drive to the gym warm up for 10 mins on bike and hit the weights. I have not experienced any serious side effects. I think this product is great. I know this product says to take on an empty stomach for maximum consumption but it just doesnt fit in my routine like that. I feel it is important to have some kindof small meal before the gym so you are not hurting your muscles. After the gym i have my shake and some egg whites. overall i think its a great product works for me….but everybody is different and your not gonna know unless you try it. Ps i only take one scoop and it does the job for me and i am 200lbs 6′1

Bob Bearden November 7, 2010 at 3:46 am

On my second tub. I can only take between 1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop otherwise I get wound too tight and become irratble and have problem sleeping, even several hours (10+) later. My wife calls it “instant asshole”. Anyhow, a couple weeks ago i started pissing blood, followed a couple days later with significant kidney pain. Went to the hospital and had a renal ultrasound and it appears I had passed a kidney stone. I also had E.D. issues if I take too much or too soon before sex (just being real, guys). I lift every other day, not a real muscle head, just want to stay in shape and work mainly my upper body, as I don’t want big legs and my wheels are fine as is. I do cardio every day, but I’m going to cut back the NO-X to just lifting days, then phase it out as soon as I finish this tub and the othe one I have in the cabinet (Fit-RX sells 2 tubs for $60). The punch tastes OK, but the Orange tastes like it has suntan lotion in it…

Daniel T. November 7, 2010 at 4:16 am

why do i feel like throwing up a couple hours after i took it? I drank a lot of water but i still feel like throwing up.

jackson November 9, 2010 at 11:18 pm

I’ve been using this for awhile and the effects are great! Occasionally there is trouble sleeping after a night workout, but always gets me to the gym and pumping hard….even helped me pass the CPA test. The focus and stimulation is incredible.

Nir November 12, 2010 at 2:31 am

Just wanted to add, it’s a good product iv’e been taking it for quite some times, i just want to point out and add a few things:
1- someone already stated it in this thread but i’ll repeat, try not to take it late (if your working out at night) it will mess up your sleep pattern, i couldnt sleep after i finished my workouts.

2- sometimes i felt my heart racing, i thought i was gonna die or something but eventually it calmed down…. i still keep using the product it works great.

jason November 12, 2010 at 4:34 am

has anyone else experienced a bloody stool after using this product, i have been a personal trainer for a few years now and ive never experienced anything like this from taking a pre-workout formula of any kind.

khoi le November 18, 2010 at 4:15 am

hey, i was thinking about taking this No xplode. well, i’m 5-4 and i weight 136lbs. people say i look big for my size since i have nice muscles. but anyways, i was looking forward to gain some more muscles and strength as the same time. my goal is to be 150 lbs. should i take this supplement? or will it make me fat? cuz i workout hard regularly. thanks

Jimbo September 16, 2011 at 4:05 am

I used NO xplode a year ago and had great results. However, I began using it again and I have been having a very hard time breathing at a resting pace hours after working out. Not seeing any results either. I would steer clear of it, not worth it.

Conner September 27, 2011 at 4:04 pm

I’ve been taking No Xplode for almost 3 years now and it is a heck of a product. Started taking it before hockey games and noticed an increased energy level while playing. Later I started taking it for workouts and was even more impressed. Definitely worth buying but make sure you drink lots.

Rick T October 4, 2011 at 8:21 pm

I am starting my second week taking this product. I am using a 1 scoop dose and I am definently getting a better pump in my workouts. I am stacking N.O.-Xplode with Nitrix and Cellmass. In the last three workouts, I’ve noticed I get a strong headache steming from each side of the back of my head and temple area, when I start pushing through the toughest part of my sets. My water intake is at least a gallon a day. What gives?
