NO Xplode Side Effects
There are many great products out there and NO Xplode is one of them. However, there are side effects to using this product. No product in the world comes without at least some NO Xplode side effects attached to it and in that sense BSN NO Xplode is no different from anything else.
Renal Problems
The main negative side effect that can come from NO Xplode would be problems with the renal glands in your body. Renal glands, also known as kidneys, are highly responsible for filtering out waste products as urine in the body. NO Xplode has the ability to heavily concentrate that pathway just as it concentrates the energy pathways and this means that your kidneys will be doing more work than normal when you are taking this product.
In the short and medium term, this is actually nothing to worry about for healthy users. That might even be true in the long term. However, for people with a history of renal disease in the family or current kidney problems, the increased strain might be something that is cause for concern. If you have these problems or have someone in the family with a history of such problems, you should certainly think twice before using this product in large doses.
Muscle Cramping
Some of the people that used NO Xplode on a regular basis started to report BSN No Xplode Side Effects like muscle cramping as one of the side effects of using this particular product. However, studies have shown that this is actually not a side effect that has to happen. The muscle cramping is actually the result of dehydration, something that can happen if you increase workout intensity without increasing fluidic intake. Whenever you use NO Xplode, you need to increase the amount of water you drink otherwise you could find that muscle cramping is indeed one of the side effects of using this muscle building supplement.
Crash Effects
One thing that you definitely need to know about NO Xplode Side Effects if you are going to start using it is that it contains caffeine. For some people, this won’t be a problem. Others however have a high sensitivity to caffeine that will allow for heavy up front stimulation but then a heavy crash later on once the effects of the caffeine have worn off. The creators of the product even warn that you need to test your caffeine tolerance before using this product at its full dosage level, so make sure you take that into consideration when using this product.
Conclusion
As you can see, NO Xplode side effects are very light in comparison to many of the other weight loss products around. When you weigh these side effects against the amazing results that you can get from this product, it still makes sense to use it as a way to enhance the quality of your strength training workouts. The only one that could give you pause is the renal side effects, but that is only true if you are one of the small minority of people with severe kidney problems.

This stuff is awesome!!! I run for 3/4 of a mile here on base and than i go do my lifting after. When i dont take NO Xplode i run a 5 1/2 min 3/4 mile, when i take it i run a 4.10. Than i go lift with this intensity that i couldn’t do without the stuff. Only take a little at a time though bcuz the first time i took it i over did it and i went home with way to much energy and nothing to do. Drinking water should be part of everyone’s day, especially if your planning on buying this stuff.
Can anyone tell what cause heart race when taking NO Explode ?
It’s been a week now .My heart race last to any simple motion after work out.
I’ve been using N.O. explode for a few months now and I’m almost done with my second bottle. I’ve been working out for quite a few years now and recently i tried this N.O Xplode as recommended by a friend. The results were awesome, especially the pump. In terms of strenght, I would say it increased a little bit since I’m always been a heavy lifter. But few weeks ago I noticed that my urine flow was not thesame as it used to. It starts out slow then gradually increases sometimes it slows down in the middle then back to the original flow rate. I got a little worried so i went to the see the doctor but they couldn’t find anything wrong with me but it sure felt something different. I got no history of kidney problems and this is the only supplement that I’m using at the moment plus the whey protein. I will stop using it for now and find out if anything changes then i will comment back here again.
The palpatations / racing heart feeling is normally a side effect for too much caffiene intake at once I suggest you have ur caffeine tolerence intake and stop using it for now . Good luck

Anyone who has taken this, Has it destroed your sleeping pattern, it has destroyed mine haha!
Beeffy9724, You might want to try cutting back on the dosage a little bit. I too get that feeling once in a while, But i’m used to it from my ephedrine days.(which I don’t use anymore) I first used this product this Last May, started out with the 3 scoop dosage and quickly realized i needed to cut back because even though I was feeling really good in the gym, I’d get nauseous at times from pushing to hard and then I’d still go home after workout and cardio and couldn’t wind down enough to fall asleep at night. So I cut back to 1 scoop pre workout and i’ve been doing fine ever since. I just started my 2nd tub after taking a month off of the stuff, give the body a chance to filter it all out etc. I had an aquaintance that was admitted to the hospital because he claims his heart rate went out of whack after taking supplement….now whether or not he was stacking other “supplements” remains to be seen. But the Label does recommend taking at least 30 days off between tubs. Hope that Helps.
After 6 months into my diet/excercise program I added this to my diet. I never had an adverse affect upon taking but after about 3 weeks I felt sick to my stomach 24/7. Vomitted after lunch at work one day so I stopped taking it after consulting my doctor. Tried 1 dosage 3 months later and felt queasy again for 2 days. Might work, but not for me.
Being a Doctor and a body builder. i advise u to stop using the supplement before you get ur kidneys checked as it has creatine, take at 7 litres of water a day so that your body can actually drain this out. and get ur KIDNEY FUNCTION TESTS asap. U might have renal colic ( stone ). Reduce whey protein intake to half before you get ur kidney test results.
you can resume the product with increased water intake after u get normal kidney results.
Product works like majic, just as everyone has described but I wanted others to be aware of the negative side effects that I experienced while taking this product. I did not cycle, took it continuously for a year and usually took about 1-2 scoops daily before workouts. The negative side effects came at the end of my year which is why I think cycling could have prevented this.
The reason that I got off of the product is that psychologically it made me very irritable and irrational in my thoughts in the approximate 5 hour timeframe after taking it. Id get mad at trivial situations (and would take my anger out on others) which were nothing to worry about and after my 5 hour high would wear off, I would think to myself WOW what was that about, am I crazy?! I did some stupid things a number of times, yes I guess you could call it an addiction. It gave me a feeling of laziness and unproductiveness during the crash and just overall made me mad at the world.
If you take it, just take in moderation and PLEASE cycle! I felt like I was going to die a couple times when I had a heavy day. I also knew a girl who threw up the whole day and almost went to the emergency room from taking 2 scoops; women be careful!
I have used No Xplode for almost two months and I can tell the difference. Not only Do get plenty of energy and focus, but I also get a super pump during workouts. My t-shirts are fitting tighter and I can hardly wait for the next workout.
