I have used No Xplode for almost two months and I can tell the difference. Not only Do get plenty of energy and focus, but I also get a super pump during workouts. My t-shirts are fitting tighter and I can hardly wait for the next workout.

Product works like majic, just as everyone has described but I wanted others to be aware of the negative side effects that I experienced while taking this product. I did not cycle, took it continuously for a year and usually took about 1-2 scoops daily before workouts. The negative side effects came at the end of my year which is why I think cycling could have prevented this.
The reason that I got off of the product is that psychologically it made me very irritable and irrational in my thoughts in the approximate 5 hour timeframe after taking it. Id get mad at trivial situations (and would take my anger out on others) which were nothing to worry about and after my 5 hour high would wear off, I would think to myself WOW what was that about, am I crazy?! I did some stupid things a number of times, yes I guess you could call it an addiction. It gave me a feeling of laziness and unproductiveness during the crash and just overall made me mad at the world.
If you take it, just take in moderation and PLEASE cycle! I felt like I was going to die a couple times when I had a heavy day. I also knew a girl who threw up the whole day and almost went to the emergency room from taking 2 scoops; women be careful!

Being a Doctor and a body builder. i advise u to stop using the supplement before you get ur kidneys checked as it has creatine, take at 7 litres of water a day so that your body can actually drain this out. and get ur KIDNEY FUNCTION TESTS asap. U might have renal colic ( stone ). Reduce whey protein intake to half before you get ur kidney test results.

After 6 months into my diet/excercise program I added this to my diet. I never had an adverse affect upon taking but after about 3 weeks I felt sick to my stomach 24/7. Vomitted after lunch at work one day so I stopped taking it after consulting my doctor. Tried 1 dosage 3 months later and felt queasy again for 2 days. Might work, but not for me.

Beeffy9724, You might want to try cutting back on the dosage a little bit. I too get that feeling once in a while, But i'm used to it from my ephedrine days.(which I don't use anymore) I first used this product this Last May, started out with the 3 scoop dosage and quickly realized i needed to cut back because even though I was feeling really good in the gym, I'd get nauseous at times from pushing to hard and then I'd still go home after workout and cardio and couldn't wind down enough to fall asleep at night. So I cut back to 1 scoop pre workout and i've been doing fine ever since. I just started my 2nd tub after taking a month off of the stuff, give the body a chance to filter it all out etc. I had an aquaintance that was admitted to the hospital because he claims his heart rate went out of whack after taking supplement....now whether or not he was stacking other "supplements" remains to be seen. But the Label does recommend taking at least 30 days off between tubs. Hope that Helps.

I've been using N.O. explode for a few months now and I'm almost done with my second bottle. I've been working out for quite a few years now and recently i tried this N.O Xplode as recommended by a friend. The results were awesome, especially the pump. In terms of strenght, I would say it increased a little bit since I'm always been a heavy lifter. But few weeks ago I noticed that my urine flow was not thesame as it used to. It starts out slow then gradually increases sometimes it slows down in the middle then back to the original flow rate. I got a little worried so i went to the see the doctor but they couldn't find anything wrong with me but it sure felt something different. I got no history of kidney problems and this is the only supplement that I'm using at the moment plus the whey protein. I will stop using it for now and find out if anything changes then i will comment back here again.
